This is commercially pure aluminum (99.0% minimum purity). It offers excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and good workability. It’s often used in chemical and food processing.

Aluminum 7075

Introduce:

This high-strength alloy is primarily used in aerospace applications. It has excellent fatigue strength and is often used for structural components, aircraft parts, and high-stress applications. However, it has lower corrosion resistance compared to other aluminum alloys.

Aluminum 2024

Introduce:

Another high-strength alloy primarily used in aerospace applications. It offers good machinability and fatigue resistance but has lower corrosion resistance and is often used in aircraft structures and military applications.

Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Fabrication

Stainless steel
          304

Features:

This is the most widely used stainless steel grade. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and weldability. Common applications include food processing equipment, kitchen utensils, and chemical containers.

Stainless Steel
          316

Features:

Known for its superior corrosion resistance compared to 304, especially in marine environments. It contains molybdenum, which enhances its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Commonly used in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and marine applications.

Stainless Steel
         309

Features:

This grade has higher heat resistance and is often used in high-temperature applications. It retains strength at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for furnace applications and heat exchangers.

Stainless Steel
         321

Features:

Known for its resistance to intergranular corrosion due to titanium stabilization. This alloy is ideal for applications requiring high-temperature stability, such as in aerospace and chemical processing.

Stainless Steel
         430

Features:

A ferritic stainless steel that is less expensive than 304 and 316. It has good corrosion resistance but lower ductility. It's often used in appliances, automotive parts, and kitchen equipment where moderate corrosion resistance is required.

Stainless Steel
       430F

Features:

This grade is designed for improved machinability. It is often used in applications where intricate machining is necessary, like fasteners and certain types of fittings.

Stainless Steel
         201

Features:

A lower-cost alternative to 304, it has good strength and corrosion resistance. However, it is less resistant to oxidation and may not be suitable for high-corrosion environments. Used in architectural applications and some kitchenware.

Stainless Steel
  duplex 2205

Features:

A dual-phase stainless steel that combines the properties of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels. It offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride environments. Commonly used in oil and gas, marine, and pulp and paper industries.

Brass CNC

Brass C26000

Features:

This is one of the most widely used brass alloys, containing approximately 70% copper and 30% zinc. It has excellent ductility, good corrosion resistance, and is easy to work with. Common applications include electronic components, plumbing fittings, and musical instruments.

Brass C27000

Features:

This alloy contains about 65% copper and 35% zinc. It offers good machinability and moderate strength, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including decorative items, hardware, and automotive parts.

Copper CNC

 Phosphor Bronze C52100

Features:

This grade contains around 10% tin and 0.2% phosphorus. Known for its high strength and fatigue resistance, it is often used in heavy-duty applications like valve components, bushings, and various types of machinery parts.

Beryllium Copper C17200

Features:

With a beryllium content around 2.0%, this alloy is known for its high strength and hardness, making it suitable for applications requiring excellent wear resistance. It is often used in manufacturing electrical connectors, tools, and components in the aerospace and defense industries.

Titanium Sheet Metal Fabrication

 Titanium Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI)

Features:

This is an extra low interstitial version of Grade 5, offering improved ductility and fracture toughness, making it suitable for critical medical applications, including orthopedic implants and dental devices.

Titanium Grade 2

Features:

This is the most widely used commercial titanium alloy. It offers good weldability, formability, and corrosion resistance. It is often used in chemical processing, marine applications, and aerospace components.
